Dumbbell Hammer Curl to Lunge to Press: This magical compound exercise is the perfect way to tone your triceps, biceps, shoulders, and glutes at once. “I love this move because lunges help build my booty,” says 2014 Next Fitness Star Emily Schromm. “The press overhead also helps my handstand strength.”
Emily recommends using weights that are heavy but also allows you to press and hold them safe and securely overhead during the second part of the move. And don’t forget to keep your stomach tight throughout the whole exercise, she says.
