They say that yoga is about drowning out the outside world so you can focus inward. Thanks to a new video, man, we have never been more convinced of that. In a Trimr water bottle company-sponsored performance that is sure to make the bottom of your stomach drop out, a couple of athletes took to the 600-foot-tall Moab pillars in Utah for a little acrobatic yoga. Words don’t really do it justice, so let’s just take a look:
No biggie or anything. She’s just looking totally zen and not at all petrified like anyone else would be.
“Look, Ma, no hands—or fear that I could literally lose balance and fall to my death.”
Okay, but how did she even get up there?
Nope. Nope, nope, nope, nope.
