Parker was celebrating her one-year anniversary of starting Itsines’ workout regimen, which she says has helped her overcome insecurities, restrictive eating, and obsessive exercising to gain confidence and some slammin’ curves. (Or, as Parker wrote, #bootygainz.) How would you feel if one of your idols regrammed a picture you’d posted on Instagram? Pretty damn awesome, right? So you can imagine how psyched Liza Parker, a 29-year-old woman from Ontario, Canada, was to see one of her amazing butt transformation photos shared on the feed of international fitness phenom Kayla Itsines.
As you can probably guess, trolls soon followed, leaving coreplique montre paneraimments on both Itsines’ post and the original, suggesting that the image had to have been faked or Photoshopped. To shut down the accusations and prove that the transformation was the result of hard work (and, OK, smart posing), Parker then uploaded a video of her modeling her defined derriere from all angles. Maybe the trolls should give Istines’ program a go for themselves? The mix of resistance training and low-intensity stead state cardio, coupled with the fact that the workouts clock in around 30 minutes (often less), makes it ultra-doable. It’s not necessarily for beginners, which Itsines acknowledges herself, but the progression is a game changer for anyone who needs a little extra kick in the, um, booty.
