In fact, Women’s Health went to Florham Park Fitness in suburban New Jersey to follow Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi through a total-body workout that would kick the ass of any juicehead gorilla in Seaside Heights. We’re no longer going to the Jersey Shore, bitch!

In the video below, the reality TV queen, entrepreneur (check out the Snooki Shop to peruse her latest lines of clothing, accessories, beauty products, and more), and author shows us exactly how she stays so strong and fit as a busy mom of two small children. Seriously, this workout is tough as nails, so beginners should feel free to just kick back and take notes for later. Besides, it’s entertaining enough to watch the petite powerhouse grunt up a storm as she moves from pistol squats to burpees to chin-ups with assistance from her trainer Anthony Michael.
