Workout Tips : Your Workout Time Base On The Place You Live

Nowadays, women are much care their body than ever, which mean workout exercise is necessary, however, the proper workout time is important.

Wish you knew when your favorite spot was likely to be totally packed—or blissfully empty? Well, ClassPass recently pooled their massive mound of workout data to create a roadmap, breaking down the most popular times to work out by region. Here’s when classes tend to get crazy-crowded:

Northeast: 6:30 p.m.
Southwest: 5:30 p.m.
West Coast: 5:30 p.m.
Southeast: 6:00 a.m.
Midwest: 5:30 p.m.

In other words, if you’d rather not be packed in shoulder-to-shoulder at Barry’s Bootcamp, you’re better off switching to morning sessions if you live anywhere north of the Mason-Dixon Line. But if you thrive off of the energy of a crowded class, stick to those p.m. bookings (unless you live in, say, Atlanta.)

Of course, day of the week matters, too. The most popular day to work out across the country is Tuesday, so apparently we’re not the only ones who feel like getting to the gym feels a little too ambitious for a Monday. (Want to work out at home?
